Joy Mora

Office Manager & Cerritos Personal Injury Case Manager

As our lead Office Manager, Joy oversees clinic operations and ensures patients receive organized, timely support across all locations. Based primarily in our Cerritos office, Joy also manages PI cases with professionalism and care — guiding patients through paperwork, attorney communication, and scheduling needs. She’s known for her attention to detail, reliability, and deep commitment to patient satisfaction.

Nancy Guerrero

Orange Personal Injury Case Manager

Serving our Orange location, Nancy is a key point of contact for patients navigating auto accident claims and personal injury care. Her calm demeanor and clear communication style make her a favorite among patients and legal partners alike.

Cassandra Barcza

Whittier Personal Injury Case Manager

Cassandra Barcza, born and raised in Whittier, CA. Completed her medical assistant program in 2013, during which she interned for Dr. Urteaga until 2015, later to join his private practice in 2019. Over the years she has gone from a medical assistant to a personal injury case manager at the Whittier location. As a wife and mother of two, she enjoys spending time with her family, but also enjoys going to concerts, the beach, or anything that leads to an adventure.

Briana Merino

Irwindale Office Personal Injury Case Manager

Briana leads PI case management at our Irwindale Office, assisting patients with everything from insurance coordination to appointment scheduling and follow-ups. She brings a professional, empathetic approach to every interaction, creating a smooth patient experience.

Brenda perez

WORKER COMPENSATION MANAGER- ALL LOCATIONS

Hello, my name is Brenda Perez and I’m the Workers’ Compensation Manager for our Cerritos and Whittier offices, soon to include Irwindale! Bilingual in Spanish and English, I strive to guide patients smoothly through the workers’ comp process. I earned my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from CSULA and plan to become a physical therapist. I’ve worked with Dr. Urteaga since 2022, having first met through his wife while attending Montebello High. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and friends, especially during game nights.
